Hospital PALS

PALS provides an independent service, which is easily accessible to patients, their carers and their families to help resolve their concerns quickly and efficiently, where necessary speaking on the clients behalf or referring them to the appropriate staff. PALS can provide information and support to patients to help make their contact with the NHS as easy as possible.
