Community PALS is a confidential service created to help patients, their families and carers, find answers to questions or concerns regarding the care or treatment they receive in community hospital services or community NHS services, and offer information, advice or support if needed.

Mary Dignan, GUiDE & PALS Manager
Mary leads the GUiDE & PALS team and is developing the service across Gloucestershire

Chris Prosser, GUiDE & PALS Senior Advisor
Chris is the Senior GUiDE & PALS Advisor for concerns regarding Community Health Services. Chris has been the GUiDE co-ordinator for many years and will continue supporting and guiding the team.

Debbie Mitchell, GUiDE & PALS Secretary
Debbie provides secretarial and administrative support and receives initial phone calls for the team.

Within the GUiDE Team there are 4 Information Officers, the Key Co-ordinator and a Data Entry Officer.
