PUBLIC AND PATIENT INVOLVEMENT - MAKING A DIFFERENCE

Patient Advice and Liason Services are an important part of the new vision for primary and community care, outlined within 'High Quality Care for All', the NHS Next stage Review. One of the key aims of these current policies is to give patients and the public a stronger voice, enable them to make informed decision and have a greater choice and control in managing their health and health care.

There is more information about local opportunities for public and patient involvement on the NHS Gloucestershire and Gloucestershire LINk websites.
