COMMUNITY PALS
Community PALS can help you find answers to questions or concerns regarding the care or treatment you have received from 2gether NHS Foundation Trust or Community Health Services in Gloucestershire, including:
  • GP services (including out of hours)

  • NHS Mental Health Services

  • NHS Learning Disability Services

  • Community Hospitals

  • Community Physiotherapy

  • Podiatry

  • Occupational Therapy

  • Midwifery

  • Pharmacy

  • Dentistry

  • District Nursing

  • Speech Therapy
Who are Community PALS accountable to?
Community PALS are accountable to the Strategy Development and Corporate Services Director of NHS Gloucestershire. PALS are also accountable to the Strategic Health Authority for the development and productivity of the service.

Information or concerns raised by patients is given to the NHS Gloucestershire and 2gether NHS Foundation Trust four times a year and may be used to inform change and improve services.
