Who are Community PALS accountable to?
Community PALS are accountable to the Strategy Development and Corporate Services Director of NHS Gloucestershire. PALS are also accountable to the Strategic Health Authority for the development and productivity of the service.
Information or concerns raised by patients is given to the NHS Gloucestershire and
2gether NHS Foundation Trust four times a year and may be used to inform change and improve services.
